Mr. Franklin Joseph was brought up in impoverished parts of New Delhi, India, and reluctantly exposed to various kinds of physical abuse and sexual misconduct at a young age. Over time, he turned his horrific experiences into positive knowledge despite surviving 22–25 years in difficult conditions and on the streets. Many of his current endeavors stem from the insights he obtained at the grassroots level from crime, savagery & abuse from his past converged with cutting edge logical information & expertise set he has obtained from that point forward.
In his TEDx talk video, he showcases his dark humour, ‘Combat Science’ expertise and knowledge with a shocking opening line “I See Dead People,” making a vague allusion to the notion that not being ready for crime could be a fatal error. After 11 years as an IT professional, he consciously left his position as a Creative Director, Project Manager, Senior Website Designer, and Search Engine Optimization to pursue these initiatives.
When the idea for his mission to educate people on how to understand and deal with cruelty and wrongdoing came to him, he also spent seven years working as a freelancer for Mr. Kailash Satyarthi, Nobel Peace Prize Winner 2014.
